ours.network is an early-alpha, open project. This page explains the limited data we process.

Feature upvotes

When you upvote a feature, we process limited data to count and de-duplicate votes and prevent abuse: a salted hash of your IP address (never the raw IP), the feature you voted for, a timestamp, and a random marker stored in your browser's local storage. We do not store your name, set tracking cookies, or share this data with third parties.

Lawful basis: your consent, given by upvoting after seeing the notice next to the button. Retention: vote records are deleted after 180 days. To request access or erasure, contact us via the project's GitHub.

We honor "Do Not Track": if your browser sends it, upvotes are recorded only locally and nothing is sent to the server.
